hat is the Coolstar limo
The Coolstar Limousine Bus service is yet another fantastic way to arrive in Niseko in style. Coolstar provide comfortable luxurious transport in fully converted late model Toyota Coaster Buses.
The limousine bus can be likened to a Lair Jet, with Luxurious White Leather reclining armchairs and a luxurious leather sofa. There is full cabin attendance during your travel and complimetary refreshments have also been provided for in your reservation price.
The Vehicle is a 9 seater vehicle however to truely enjoy the confort and versitility that this vehicle can offer Coolstar recomend it for 6-7 passengers. The passenger area is fully equipped with a Toilet, Refrigerator, Television, CD and DVD.
There are special seperate seats for the Driver and the Guide, who accompany you on your travels and look after your individual needs and requirements. Coolstar can provide the type of service that you can only expect from a smaller Tour company. Coolstar can also assist you in putting together a Tour Itinerary that suits your needs.

CoolStar Rates
- Half Day Charter Price (4 hours) ￥58,000 per day.
- Full Day Charter Price (8 Hours) ￥89,000 per day.
- The folllowing is included in the standard daily price.
- Parking, Highway Tolls, Fuel, Free Drink
- The following has not been included in the main pricing.
- One Way Hire surcharges, (both pick up and drop off)
- Extra Hours charge (extentions can only be made up to 3 hours, after which a full days change applies)
- If the Coolstar Bus staff are required to stay over night then the cost is ￥10,000 for 2 people
- Any extra' s will be charged to the guest directly.
Payments
Carbon Offset
This option adopts the system where Cool Star, Co., Ltd. balances out the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by Starlimousine with the emission quotas which are obtained within the U.N. certified greenhouse gas reduction projects by purchasing the small-lot emission quotas from ECONOS Co., Ltd.(Headquarters located in Sapporo ), a carbon offset provider, who opens a directory management account for each country for emission quotas which the Japanese government controls.
The option price is ￥800/day/coach which has been calculated according to the amount of gas emission based on the running performance of the company last year, and it is totally up to our customer to decide whether they choose to apply for the option or not when they make a booking. This option can be applied to all travel plans using Starlimousine, and Cool Star, Co., Ltd. will offer “ECOCO”(a token to acknowledge your contribution) to those who apply for the option.
Cool Star, Co., Ltd. intends to keep offering carbon offset options for 6 % worth of the total carbon dioxide emission by all our coaches(based on the Japan’s reduction target value according to the Kyoto Protocol) no matter how many applicants we have for the options.
