Restaurant Cullinet is the signiture Restaurant for our Hotel, constantly serving a high level of Japanese/ Western cuisine to guests from both in and outside the Hotel.
Cullinet is renowned for its seasonally themed 8 course Japanese Kaiseki Dinner, which changes nightly. Our Chef goes to extreme trouble in sourcing the very freshest of produce available in Hokkaido and concentrates heavily on Niseko farmed produce and ingrediants when creating .
The evening meal is certain to impress and really adds the finishing touches to your stay at Hotel Kanronomori.
Our Signiture evening meals are available when you book the room as part of the total package or if you are staying in the area and are looking for somewhere special to dine, give us a call before 14:00pm on the day (where possible earlier) and we will reserve you and your group a place.
For those staying in the Hirafu area ask about making a eveing event of the meal by adding a private soak in your own Hotspring with Dinner in Cullinet. We can provide a Yukata for you and your group to wear during dinner to essentiate your Japanese Experience.
