Conference Facilities

Hotel Kanronomori has several conference facilities that are available for conferences or large Dinner parties.  We can put together a plan and quote for you depending on your group size and what your group would like to do.

Reservations for these rooms are required in advance as these rooms will require setting to your preferences.

Choose between Japanese and Western Style Rooms to suit your needs and requirements.

We have available for use in the Western style conference and rooms.

 The Basic charges for a conference room are as listed below

Japanese Style Banquet Rooms

  • 1 hour use is charged at 5000 yen.

Western Style Banquet and Audio Visual Style conference rooms

  • 1 hour use is charged at 10,000 yen

If the rooms are being used for a Dinner function the first 2 hours of the function have no charge.

Options that are avaialbe for these rooms are as follows:

  • Karaoke 1 unit 2 hours use        10,000 yen
  • Whiteboard use                             2000 yen

Refreshments are optional and are charged on a as required basis, please let us know what you require and we will provide you with a total package quotation.
